Thomas Bradley “Brad” Leigh, age 55 of rural Parkersburg, IL passed from this life to the next on May 5, 2020 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital, Evansville, IN.
Brad was born in Olney, IL on July 6, 1964 to Benny and Joyce (Boewe) Leigh.
Brad thoroughly enjoyed many things in life; working, farming, camping and his favorite: spending time with his grandson, Kylon. He was in his element while taking Kylon to participate in Moto-X competitions. Brad was a friend to many and was always ready to lend a helping hand to whomever needed it and enjoyed joking around to lighten everyones’ mood.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellis and Alma Boewe, Charles and Ruby Leigh and his nephew, Jeremy Leigh.
He leaves many fun and fond memories for his parents, Joyce and Benny Leigh of rural Parkersburg, daughter, Janaya Leigh of Evansville, IN and son, Tanner Leigh of Fort Riley, KS, grandson, Kylon Austin and one more grandchild soon to arrive. He will also be missed by his brother, Greg Leigh of West Salem, IL, fiancee’, Kim Kuhn and her grandchildren: Liam and Emma, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, private graveside services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020 at the Moravian Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to his grandson Kylon; checks may be made out to Janaya Leigh.
Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements and encourages extended family and friends to visit the website to leave their condolences and memories of Brad during this distressing time. www.meridithfuneralhome.com

I am so sorry that you are gone Brad. I’ve got a lot of good memories of you. I haven’t seen you in awhile, but I am sure going to miss you. You were always a great friend to me. You were such a character, and you liked to look on the bright side of things. It breaks my heart that I won’t be able to see you again. I haven’t got to see Tanner yet, but I know his heart is broken. It hurts me so much that you were taken away from him. I’m sorry that you were taken from all of your family and loved ones. God bless you Brad you are loved and will be missed by many.

So sorry to hear this. I had him in school in 5th grade. I hadn’t seen him for many years until one snowy winter he was over at Norma Jean’s blading her drive to get rid of the snow. He saw me out going to the mailbox and came over and cleared a path for me. Prayers for the family. Leslie Luthe
