Sharon K. Haberer, 73, of Pocahontas, Il died Thursday, October 27, 2016, at St Louis University Hospital, St Louis, Mo.
Sharon was born June 20, 1943 to Jesse and Olivia (nee Young) Bimes in Highland, Il. On May 5, 1962 she married Duane Haberer at the then Evangelical and Reform Church, Highland, Il.
She was an avid traveler, making it to 49 states, Europe, Paris, Italy and Germany in particular. Sharon loved her family, spending time with her friends and especially her grandchildren. She liked the St Louis Cardinals and enjoyed going out to eat and going to the beach. She was the Caretaker and the person that remembered everything. Sharon had a great sense of humor.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Jesse and Olivia Bimes; Sister-in-law, Norma Haberer; Father-in-law, Edwin Haberer; Mother-in-law, Geneva (nee Kuhn) Haberer.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Duane Haberer, Pocahontas, Il; daughters, Evie Haberer , Sacramento, Ca, Tambour Eller, Sacramento, CA, Melissa Haberer, Highland, Il; Grandchildren, Gavin Potthast, Madelyn Potthast; Brother, David Bimes, Highland, Il; Brother-in-law, Wes Haberer, Highland, Il, Sister-in-law, Sharon (George) Hartnagel, Pocahontas, Il; Special Nieces and Nephews, Keith (Christy) Haberer, Connie (Frank) Michaelis, Ron (Tina) Hartnagel, Brad (Amy) Hartnagel, Lisa (Jeff) Pourchot, Vicky Bimes; Friends, Gary and Joyce Smith.
