    Sandra K. Waggoner, 67, of Albion, IL passed from this life to the next on November 6, 2018 at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.

    She was born August 22, 1951 in Grayville, IL to Helen (Hess) and Dallas Elliott.

    Sandra was a Veteran, serving in the Army during the Vietnam era. She was a cook at Rest Haven Manor, and enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and working at the food pantry for the Golden Gate Methodist Church.

    She is survived by two sons: John Waggoner of Sandborn, IN and Jim Waggoner of Mt. Carmel, IL; three sisters: Judy Krzoska, Mary Campbell of Albion, and Terry Allison of Albion; four brothers: Darrell Best of Florida, Dallas Elliott of Albion, Steve Elliott of Albion, and Willie Elliott of Grayville; five grandchildren: Ian Carter of Bone Gap, Alesha Waggoner of Mt. Carmel, Taylor Waggoner of Mt. Carmel, Aidan Waggoner of Bone Gap, and Riley Waggoner of Mt. Carmel.

    Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, her son Roger Waggoner, and three brothers: Ken Best, Mike Elliott, and Jerry Elliott.

    Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Golden Gate Methodist Church in Golden Gate, IL. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. at the church.
