Phyllis Moreton, 83, of Lebanon, IL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at The Colonnades Senior Living in O’Fallon, IL.
She was born, June 10, 1937 to George and Sally Heath, in Bircotes, England.
On December 15, 1956, she married Ivan Moreton at All Saints’ Church, Harworth, United Kingdom.Phyllis moved to the United States in 1973. She was a homemaker and raised her three sons. After moving to Lebanon in 1986 she opened and operated the British Grocery Shop and Heritage Antiques with her husband for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Sally Heath; husband, Ivan Moreton.
Phyllis is survived by her sons, Philip (Linda) of Chicago, IL, Timothy (Jessica) of Dahlgren, IL, Andrew (Kelli) of Saint Louis, MO; six wonderful grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of St. Louis.
