      Paul P. DeMay, 83, of Lebanon, IL, passed away peacefully in Hospice, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, IL.

      He was born September 26, 1941, to Paul M. and Violet (Nee Kelley) DeMay, in St. Louis, MO. On June 15, 1996, he married Kate Godfrey, in O’Fallon, IL.

      Paul was a proud member of American Legion Post 283, Lebanon, IL, and was a lifelong avid boater.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Violet DeMay.

      Paul is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kate DeMay, Lebanon, IL; 2 sons, David (Stephanie) DeMay, St. Louis, MO, Mark (Tymia) DeMay, Breinigsville, PA; 1 daughter, Susan (Jim Tracey) Williams, St. Louis, MO; 5 grandchildren, Alina, Emily, Joey, Lauren, Isaiah; sister-in-law, Marby (Patrick) Schaeffer, Shiloh, IL.

      Memorial donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Project or to Alzheimer’s Association.
