    Patricia Ann Steele, 64, of Collinsville, IL, died Thursday, February 22, 2018.

    Patricia was born on August 31, 1953, to Richard and Lucille (nee Woodruff) Wolford, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese, IL.  She married Ernest Steele IV in October 1971.

    She attended the Greater Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Lebanon, IL.

    Patricia worked as a Customer Service Representative.  She loved to cook, bake and feed people.  She loved to travel and listen to loud music when she was driving.  Patricia loved to sing all the time and she never met a stranger.

    She is survived by her husband, Ernest Steele IV, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; children, Elizabeth Steele, Collinsville, IL, Brandi (special friend, Ivan Alunovic) Steele, St. Louis, MO, Ernest (special friend, Katie Frank) Steele, Collinsville, IL; grandchildren, Nina Steele Lloyd, Jacqlyn Steele; siblings, Elaine Wright, Lebanon, IL, John (Sharon) Wolford, Spanish Lake, MO, Gloria Wolford, Triangle, VA, Melvin Wolford, St. Louis, MO, Phillip Wolford, Belleville, IL, Regina (Dwayne) Chocran, St. Louis, MO, Eldren Wolford, Pontoon Beach, IL, Anita Wolford, Lebanon, IL; many nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lucille Wolford; brothers, James and Terry Wolford.

    Visitation: Friday, March 2, 2018, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Meridith Funeral Home, Lebanon, IL and Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Lebanon, IL.
