    Morton (Glenn) Galbraith, 73, of Cisne, Illinois passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.

    Glenn was born March 29, 1948, at Cisne, Illinois to Noel and Imogene (Gammon) Galbraith.

    He married Wanda Troyer on November 27, 1965, at Mt. Erie, Illinois and she survives.

    Glenn was a self-employed truck driver.  Glenn preached after he quit driving a truck.  He liked to buy and sell equipment and trucks and also logged timber.  He was a member of the Full Gospel Church.

    Glenn is survived by his mother Imogene Galbraith of Cisne, Illinois; his wife Wanda Galbraith of Cisne, Illinois; one daughter Misty (Patrick) Peronnet of Bartonville, Illinois; four sons Roger Galbraith of Flat Rock, Alabama, Rodney Galbraith of Brilliant Alabama, Roy (Brooke)  Galbraith of Winfield, Alabama and Robert (Kelli) Galbraith of Horton, Alabama; sister-in-law June Galbraith of Cisne, Illinois.  Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

    Glenn was preceded in death by his father, two brothers Eldon and Aaron Galbraith also one great-grandson.

    Visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021, from noon to 2:00pm at Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm at the funeral home Saturday with burial to follow in Cisne Cemetery.

    Memorials may be given to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.

    Although we haven’t been close in the. last few years I have never forgotten about you all .praying God will help you through this time of sorrow and give you the strength you need. I no longer live in Wayne city and don’t drive so can’t get there but my prayers are with you. Know that I love you. Maybe someone could call me love to hear from you Francie Anderson 618 214 8216
