Aunt Sue, Chris, Anita and families,
We are sorry for your loss. I’ll remember Uncle Mike as an ornery one… sending my grade-school aged Emily home with a nest full of (real!) robin eggs! But he was also an all-around good guy!! We all will miss him.

      Sue, Chrissy and Anita,
I am so sad to hear about Mike. I have such fond memories of him growing up. He taught me how to give a real handshake. He would always enjoy asking me about girls and whenever I would mention Peaches he would always laugh. One time he showed me the difference between a bull and a cow. I remember him saying, “You never want to try and milk that!” So many life lessons. He was always one of the first people I wanted to see whenever we visited Illinois. I am truly going to miss him. I’m sorry I won’t be at the service. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mike and Mike Mulvey were my Wheeler pony league baseball coaches for one year. I never did get a chance to say “thank you” but I really want to say what really good people they were. He lead by example and I am proud to have known him, if only for a short time.
