    Michael Dean Feldman, age 50 of West Salem, IL passed from this life to the next on May 29, 2019 in West Salem.
    Michael was born on October 30, 1968 in Olney, IL to Harold “Hap” and Carolyn (Nunn) Feldman.
    He was an Eagle Scout. He enjoyed teaching those students who wanted to learn. He loved computers, Dungeon and Dragons and debate was his favorite pastime.
    Michael was a Steelers fan, and although he didn’t participate in sports, he cheered his two nephews on; supporting them in their sporting events.
    He was preceded in death by his father.
    He will be missed by his mother, Carolyn Feldman, his brother, Todd Feldman, nephews Dalton and Austin Feldman, all of West Salem. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
    A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 1PM at the Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home in West Salem, IL. There will be no visitation.
    Burial will follow at the Moravian Cemetery.

    Carolyn, I was in Hap’s 7th Grade Class at WSGS the year Michael was born. So very sorry for your loss.

    So very sorry Carolyn. I saw Michael in Olney getting Chemo and wanted to say something to him but he was always asleep. Prayers for a healing heart.

    To the family, so sorry for your loss, I was a coworker with Michael at Vincennes Walmart and he has been missed and will now forever be missed. He was a great guy in his own wzy. My prayers and thoughts are with you, I always tried to stay up to date through Fred.
