      Melinda C. Bolin, 57, of Pocahontas, IL, died Monday, March 8, 2021, at HSHS Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, IL.

      Melinda was born August 27, 1963 to Ado and Deltha (nee Bloodworth) Cigelske, in St. Louis, MO.

      Melinda was a loving wife, a great mom, and an awesome grandmother.  She loved being with her family and helping people.  She enjoyed the outdoors, the beach, and the water.  Cooking for her family, was one of her favorite things to do.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, Ado and Deltha Cigelske; brothers, Richard Cigelske and Michael Cigelske.

      Melinda is survived by her husband, Rex Bolin, Pocahontas, IL; children, Jamie (Tom) Henry, Granite City, IL, Candi Cigelske, Alton, IL, Trae (Miranda) Bolin, Granite City, IL, and Wanda (Shawn) Farrell, Greenville, IL; grandchildren, Bill, Micah, Colin, Devon, Dillon, Jordan, Theodore, Sophia, Cora, Isabelle, Scarlet, and Thomas; siblings, Steven Cigelske, JoAnn Cigelski, Janet (Carl) Daniels; many nieces and nephews.

      Memorials may be made to the Donor’s Choice.

      Services will be private.

      Interment: at a later date

      Meridith Funeral Home, Pocahontas, IL.
