Matthew D. Harpstreit, 26, of Lebanon, IL died Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at his residence. He was born July 9, 1980 to David R. and Myra A. (Schobert) Harpstreit and they survive.
He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Helen Harpstreit, 3 Uncles, 1 Aunt, Steve Harpstreit, Lebanon; Charles ""Nick"" Schobert, Branson, MO; Debbie (Larry) Dvorak - Arkansas, Richard (Carol) Schobert, Summerfield, IL; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Russell Harpstreit; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Bessie Schobert.
He was a cook at Locust Hills Golf Course in Lebanon, IL. He attended Lebanon Grade and High School with his friends. He liked music, watching TV Wrestling, his dog, Henry, and his cats. He also enjoyed bowling.
A private family service will be held later with burial in College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon. There is no visitation.
