Mary L. (nee White) Stein, 90, died Monday, February 6, 2017, at St. Joseph Hospital, Highland, IL, surrounded by her family.
Mary was born October 23, 1926, to Harry and Mary (nee Rall) White in Coffeen, IL. On February 14, 1953, she married Leroy Stein in Pocahontas, AR.
She was a member of Highland Hope Lutheran Church and the Royal Neighbors.
She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan, loved to play Bingo, and loved to work in the garden. Mary loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her Husband, Leroy “Butch” Stein, Highland, IL; Children, Terry (Theresa) Stein, O’Fallon, IL, Randy (Sara) Stein, Highland, IL, David Stein, Highland, IL; Grandchildren, Brittney Stein, Gary and Karen Stein, Michael Stein, Andy Sauls; Great Grandchildren, Nolan & Landon Stein, Hunter Laws, Dakota Sauls; Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Harry and Mary White; Brothers, Thomas White, Harry “Smoke” White, Claudis White; Niece, Sharon Stein; Nephew, John Loden.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Robinson Cemetery.
