Luellen Vivian Shultz, nee Mason, 77, of Pana, IL died Sunday, April 27, 2008 at the Heritage Manor, Pana, IL. She was born June 13, 1930 in E. St. Louis, IL to Thomas O. and Mary D. (Nation) Mason, and both are deceased. She married Robert C. Shultz in 1954 at the Sacred Heart Church in E. St. Louis, IL and he preceded her in death May 10, 1975. Also preceded by twin siblings Edgar Mason and Clara Jean Bandy and a sister Marie Gaines. She is survived by 2 sons - Robert G. Shultz of Owaneco, IL; Richard (Penny) Shultz - Michigan two granddaughters, Ashley Shultz - Taylorville, IL; Samantha Norris, Kincaid, IL; great grandchildren, Gabriel Dutch Shultz, Taylorville, IL and Austin Abbott, Kincaid, IL; one sister, Pauline Buechler, Belleville, IL; one brother, Gerald "Jerry" (Jacque) Mason, Highland, IL; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Shultz was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Pana, IL. Visitation: Wednesday, April 30, 2008 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. @ Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.
