      Larry D. Crews, 57, of Highland, IL, died Monday, August 5, 2024, at home.

      He was born Mar. 16, 1967, to Marvin and Marjorie (Nee Morris) Crews, in St. Louis, MO.  On June 10, 2016 he married Cindy Schall in Edwardsville, IL.

      Larry was a kind and loving man.  He enjoyed his hotrods and motorcycle.  He loved his dogs, drums, and doing yardwork.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Marjorie Crews; daughter, Crystal Marie Crews.

      Larry is survived by his wife, Cindy Crews, Highland, IL; brother, Bill (Kim) Crews, The Villages, FL; mother-in-law, Lila Wilhite, St. Louis, MO; fur babies, Stevie and Odie.

      There are no services scheduled at this time.

      Larry you were like a brother to me.I’ll never forget all the crazy times we had together and all laughs we shared. You taught me not to worry about all the little things in life.You will never know how much I’m going to miss you.

      Larry Crews you were taken far too soon. Thank you for being my brother. You made me laugh all my life, but today I cry. I know you will be reunited with all our family members we have lost, including Crystal Crews.
