Kenneth was born August 8, 1957, to Melvin “Buck” Missey and Alma (nee Thompson) Missey. On September 2, 1994, he married Jacque Scheibel in Belleville, IL.
Kenny had enlisted in the Army at a young age and spent most of his time in Germany, which he dearly loved. He was a member of the Lebanon Fire Dept., Singers Society of Lebanon and Lebanon Outdoorsman. He will be dearly missed.
His Family would like to give special Thanks to Forsenius Dialysis Center and all the staff there personally, for the care he was given.
