        Kennel R.” Ken” Neff, 67, of Cisne, IL, passed away Monday, December 16, 2024, at his home.

        Ken was born August 3, 1957, in Fairfield IL, to Harold and Sylvia (Tubbs) Neff. He married Kimberly Heisner on January 12, 1980, in Fairfield, IL.

        Ken retired from Morton Buildings as a Regional Sales Manager. As you all know he was always busy gardening and canning what he had grown, mowing the yard, and taking care of the dogs, He also had his CDL license and hauled grain for the local farmers in the area. He was always doing something just piddling around, in his spare time he enjoyed watching drag racing, and loved going to the beach.

        He was a member of the Anthony Doherty Lodge #1111 in Cisne and was a Shriner.

        Ken is survived by his wife Kimberly of Cisne, IL. two sons Chance (Lina) Neff of Arlington, VA, Jamie Neff of Cisne, IL. and his first grandchild is due in January.

        Preceding him in death were his parents, one sister, Berneda J. Neff French, and his brother Darrell “Butch” Neff.

        A memorial service will be held later.

        Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home of Cisne is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.

        Ken was a great friend and co-worker that I enjoyed spending my time with him always. Be it work related or the many company trips our time together was always fun and rewarding. He will be missed by all who knew him. Kim, Jody and I wish you our sincere sympathies and may Ken rest in peace.
