Judith A. “Judy” Schrage, 76, of Highland, IL, died Friday, November 15, 2013, at Cedarhurst Assisted Living and Memory Care, Collinsville, IL.
Judy was born January 3, 1937, to Wilbur and Arlene (Nee Lebegue) Zobrist, at St. Joseph Hospital, Highland, IL. On September 13, 1958 she married Paul A. Schrage at St. Paul Catholic Church, Highland, IL.
Judy was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Highland, IL. She worked for the Bursar’s office at SIUE for many years. She retired from First Student Bus Co., as a bus monitor, a few years ago.
She loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed helping people and being around kids. She enjoyed her time at PJ’s Lounge working with her husband, Paul, and getting to know many people from the community.
She is survived by her children, Randy Schrage, Todd Schrage, Michelle (Gary) Pugh; 6 grandchildren, Nichole, Troy, Ashley, Jessica, Connor, Rylie; 1 sister, Shirley Imboden; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Arlene Zobrist; her husband, Paul A. Schrage (December 30, 1993).
Private services are scheduled.
