Jason Michael Kutz, 27, of Highland, IL, died Thursday, September 6, 2012 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
Jason was born July 28, 1985 in Belleville, IL to Daniel E. and Lisa M. (nee Richards) Kutz, Sr.
Jason’s love of life and people was unconditional and people loved him. He was always positive, generous and respectful. Jason’s love of life continues through his choice to be an organ donor. He has given new hope and happiness to many other families.
He is survived by his mother, Lisa M. Richards, Highland, IL; his grandmother, Geraldine B. Kutz, Highland, IL; 3 children, Andrea Nicole, Kylie Marie and Kamilla Ann Kutz; 6 brothers and sisters, Daniel E. Kutz, Jr., Amber N. (Micheal) Kutz Bennett, Twin brother, Justin A. (Danielle) Kutz, Jacob R. Richards, Mackenzie C. Becker-Kutz, Anthony T. Wise, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Tyler Kutz, Isabella Kutz, Caiden Bennett, Tristyn Kutz; best friend, Michael Childerson; several aunts and uncles and cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel E. Kutz, Sr.; his paternal grandfather, John D. Kutz, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Frances J. and Sylvia L. (nee Baum) Richards; 1 uncle, John D. Kutz, Jr.; 1 brother, Brennan M. Kutz;
