Janet M. Silvey, 72, of Mt. Vernon, IL, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Missouri Baptist Hospital, in St. Louis, MO.
She was born April 11, 1950, to Hugh and Elizabeth (nee Long) Salnave, in St. Louis, MO,
She is preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Elizabeth Salnave; brother, Dale Salnave; sister, Patricia O’Dell.
Janet is survived by her partner of over 20 years, Rickey Thrailkill; children, Susan (Dale) Niepoetter, Angela (Kenneth) Brooks, Michael (Rachel) Young; grandchildren, Dustin (Brittany) Moist, Kyle Moist, Nathan (Veronica) Moist, Drake Niepoetter, Seth Niepoetter, Derrick Jung, Jordan Brooks, Lindsey (Josh) Bird, Sommer Young, Zane (Hannah) Young, Miranda Young; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis Salnave.
