It was the best of times when we went to O”fallon to visit Aunt Janet and our favorite cousins! I will always remember the big house in O’fallon, the trampoline in the backyard, and the electric train around the Christmas Tree every Christmas.

What I remember: A warm smile, that big kitchen table where there was always room for another kid, and a kind or harsh word depending on my behavior. Janet was a force of nature the likes of which we are all so much the better for knowing. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless and take care
