Evelyn A. Rabel, nee Fischer, 94, of Lebanon, IL died Monday, June 9, 2008 at Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center, Lebanon, IL. She was born January 14, 1914 in Trenton, IL to Thomas and Emma Fischer, both deceased. In 1940 she married Elton C. "Chin" Rabel and he preceded her in death in 1968.
She is survived by one daughter, Bonnie S. Williams, of O'Fallon, IL, two grandsons, Richard C. Meyer of O'Fallon, IL, Msgt. (USAF Retired) James T. (Laura) Meyer of Belleville, IL; 2 step-grandchildren - Bernadette (Stan) Anderson, Cahokia, IL, T. Scott (Carmie) Williams - Lame Deer, Montana, 2 great grandchildren, Joshua C. Meyer, Collinsville, IL and Charity G. Meyer of Springfield, IL. Step Great Grandchildren - Angelina & Michael Nunn, Cahokia, IL; Joshua Disemekes - Belleville and Maurice, Lamar, Darnell, Anthony, Isaah and Miciah Williams of Lame Deer, Montana; Step Great,Great Grandchildren, Danielle and Daniel Nunn, Cahokia; Nephews Dean (Darl) Hull, Naples, FL; Ralph (Isabel) Hull, New Baden; Nieces, Dixie Reeb, Shiloh, IL; Donna (William) Whitney, Belleville and special friends, Carl and Flora Grey and their children.
Evelyn was a homemaker, and was a lifetime member of St. Paul UCC, Lebanon, IL.

Funeral: 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 13 at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Don Wagner, Pastor of St. Paul UCC officiating.
Burial: College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, IL
