      Eileen "Joyce" Paris, 85, of Albion, IL passed away Friday February 24, 2023, at Linda White Hospice House in Evansville, IN. She was born December 20, 1937, in Albion, IL to George Thurman and Hazel Kathleen (Nash) Bunting. Joyce married Pearl Edward "Chinker" Paris in Flora, IL in August of 1965.

      Joyce had a strong faith and loved God. One of her greatest desires was that her family would each have a personal relationship with Jesus. She loved her family and her face would always light up when her grandchildren came to visit. Joyce enjoyed gardening and was a talented seamstress. She retired from Champion Laboratories after almost 25 years of service.

      She is survived by a son, Jeff (Kelli) Huff; a daughter, Tammy (David) Pertl; step daughter-in-law, Cecilia Paris; grandchildren, Brandy (Brad) Weber, Libby (Rob) Lingafelter, Melissa (Charlie) Russell, Jamie (CC) Rutishauser, Joni (Jake) Appler, JD (Starla) Huff, Ben (Elizabeth) Pertl, Alex Pertl, Dee (Chris) Rose, and Heather (John) Morgan; two brothers, Gerald (Linda) Bunting and George Dale (Debbie) Bunting; two sister-in-laws, Linda Bunting and Shirley Bunting; several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

      Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, George and Hazel Bunting; husband, Pearl "Chinker" Paris; daughter, Deborah Lynn and son-in-law Jim Rutishauser; step-son Edward Paris; great-grandson, Jarett Eugene Martin; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia Kay and Gene Combs; brothers and sister-in-law, Robert Eugene and Lynn Bunting, Richard Bunting, Tom Bunting, and Ron and sister-in-law Karen Bunting.

      Private graveside services will be held at Graceland Cemetery, Albion, IL.  In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the charity of your choice.
