    Edna M. Lebert, nee Meinen, 99 of Lebanon, Il died November 1, 2007 at the Lebanon Care Center in Lebanon.  Mrs. Lebert was born May 19, 1908 in Lebanon, the daughter of Richard and Viola (Poole) Meinen.  She married Henry W. Lebert August 18, 1928 at the Methodist Parsonage in Macomb, IL. and he died March 26, 1999.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 71 years, two brothers and two sisters.

    She is survived by one son - Thomas W. (Jean) Lebert, Sr - Melbourne, Florida; one daughter, Susan M. Morse, Swansea, IL, six grandchildren Thomas W. Lebert, II, M.D. - Atlanta, GA; Anthony J. (Lois) Lebert, Millstadt, IL, Amy (Tom) Weck, Millstadt, IL, Douglas (Sara) Lebert - Wentzville, MO, Michael Morse, San Antonio, TX, and Caroline Salazer, Phoenix, AZ, and twelve great grandchildren.

    Mrs. Lebert graduated from Lebanon High School in 1927 and attended McKendree College.  She was a lifelong homemaker.   She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic church, Lebanon, IL.

    In the 1920s she was the organist at St. Paul UCC, Lebanon, IL and celebrated 70 years of marriage in 1998.

    There is no visitation.

    Private Family Mass will be celebrated.

    Interment - St. Joseph Cemetery, Lebanon, IL

    Memorials may be offered to the St. Joseph Cemetery Fund, or St. Paul UCC building Fund.
