      Dorthea (Dot) L. Atteberry, 98, of Cisne, IL, passed away December 27, 2024.

      Dorthea (Dot) L. Atteberry was born in Fairfield IL, om January 13, 1926, the daughter of Theodore and Nancy Albennie (Hines) Moore

      She married Charles L. Atteberry on June 9, 1946, in Olney, Illinois. He preceded her in death on September 29 of 1988.

      She was a homemaker and a member of the Cisne Christian Church.

      Surviving is her, daughter Sue (John) Milligan of Cisne, IL.; one grandson Lee (Emily) Milligan, a granddaughter Erin (Tim) Ordner; three great grandson, three great granddaughters, and a great-great granddaughter; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, three sisters and stepmother.

      Graveside Service: Will be held Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:30 am at Cisne Cemetery. Friends and family are asked to go directly to the cemetery.

      Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home of Cisne is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.
