Diane E. Wells (nee Weber), 58, of Cowden, IL, died Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at her residence.
She was born May 24, 1953 to Leander and Elizabeth (nee Kalous) Weber, in Highland, IL. On October 19, 1974 she married Robert A. Wells at Immanuel United Church of Christ Church in E. St. Louis, IL.
Diane was a homemaker and worked several jobs including Walmart in Effingham, IL for approximately 15 years.
She is survived by her children, Jason (Joyce) Wells, Beecher City, IL, Dawn (Garrett Wassen) Wells, Henrick, IL; step-son, Lee Wells, Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Aaron Wells, Hannah Wells, Addison Wassen, Isaac Wells; brothers, Terry (Linda) Weber, Summerfield, IL, Michael (Beverly) Weber, Greenville, IL, Glen (Sandy Holzhouer) Weber, Pocahontas, IL; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leander and Elizabeth Weber; her husband, Robert Wells.

Visitation: Sunday, December 4, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday, December 5, 2011 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Meridith Funeral Home, Pocahontas, IL.
