Clara Stark, (Nee Quitmeyer), 88, of Lebanon, IL, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville, IL. She was born November 13, 1921 to William and Tillie (Nee Bayer) Quitmeyer, in Trenton, IL. On June 21, 1941 she married Leroy Stark in O’Fallon, IL.
Clara was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Lebanon, IL, and the American Legion Auxiliary. She loved to work in the garden and yard.
Clara is survived by: 2 sons, Terry (Jeannie) Stark, Canyon City, TX, Richard Stark, Lebanon, IL; 2 granddaughters, Tracy (Patrick) Braun, and Cassie Markley; 4 Great Grandsons, Brady and Jackson Braun, Slayde and Kyler Markley; Special friends, Doug and Mary Johansen; Neices and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; 2 sisters, Irene Krump, Pearl Schaperkoetter; 2 Brothers-in-law, Raymond Krump, William Schaperkoetter.
