Sending condolences to the rest of our family in the passing of my dear sister Beverly Jean. This is a tearful goodbye but know we will meet again of which I’m sure and so looking forward to! We thought our prayers would be answered, but in God’s sight they were. You were healed to breathe so much better than you would have if you had stayed on earth. You always were the “go to person” for family reunions. I will never forget how you always opened the “welcome wagon” when we all came around. You were always so gracious and went way beyond the call of duty. I’ll never forget that you came all the way to Waukegan to my 70th birthday party and gave me a small, engraved ring box. Not sure if both you and Jackie gave me the engraved heart-shaped necklace with my kids’ names. I’ll never forget that you, your mom and your aunt Maryann were the only ones that sang happy birthday to me that day, but a different version than most people knew, but I did. I loved it, such harmony! My last memory of you was how you belted out those songs at your mom’s funeral on purpose because that’s how she would sing also, so enthusiastic. You wanted to make sure she heard you! Now you can be with our sister Faith who also died at age 59.
