Betty Jean Hagler, 91, of Greenville, IL, passed away, Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Greenville Nursing and Rehab, Greenville, IL.

Betty was born March 12, 1929 to Clyde and Elva (nee Denny) McCasland in Greenville, IL. She married Lavern Hagler on March 21, 1951 in Pocahontas, IL, and they celebrated 69 wonderful years together, earlier this year.

Betty was a member of the First Baptist Church, Pocahontas, IL and a member of the Royal Neighbors.

Betty was a loving homemaker who enjoyed helping others. She enjoyed traveling to Branson and central Florida. She and Lavern always looked forward to their “Florida winters”, each year together. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Elva McCasland; son, David Hagler; niece, Cindy Milos.

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Lavern Hagler, Greenville, IL; sister, Delores Lutz, Greenville, IL; brother, John (Lois) McCasland, Greenville, IL; nephew, Randy Lutz, Greenville, IL, niece, Debra (Frank) Helige, Greenville, IL.
