Allen D. “Boo Boo” Missey, 56, of New Baden, IL, born November 23, 1958, in Belleville, IL, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at his home.
He loved his dog. He loved to hunt and fish. He liked to play cards and other games, including BINGO. He loved spending time with his family, watching NASCAR, and watching stock car races in the area, and he used to race in the Bomber Division.
Boo Boo was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Shirley (Nee Pendegraft) Missey; 1 brother, Terry Missey, in infancy.
He is survived by his faithful dog, Fluffy; 2 brothers, Scott (Lois) Missey, Huber Heights, OH, Barry (Cindy) Missey, Mascoutah, IL; 3 sisters, Kelly Missey, Mascoutah, IL, Tracee Miller, Summerfield, IL, Kimberlee (Joe) Kasperzick, Jr., Trenton, IL; 1 former brother-in-law, Clayton Miller, Sr., Mascoutah, IL; 8 nieces and nephews, CJ (Brittany), Cory (Danielle), Rebecca, Zack, Aaron, Jordan, Austin, Jazmine; 5 great-nieces and nephews, Jayden, Kale, Abram, Fallon, Christopher; 1 special cousin, Mona (Vince) Frazier; 1 special great-aunt, Melva Yates; step-mother, Norma Missey, New Baden, IL; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Allen Missey Memorial Fund.
