Chris L. Aebischer, 55, of St. Jacob, IL died Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at St. Joseph Hospital in Highland, IL. He was born May 24, 1953 in Highland, IL to Louis A. and Marjorie L., nee Blumer, Aebischer.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Louis A. Aebischer.
He is survived by one daughter, Susan Aebischer, Collinsville, IL; his Mother, Marjorie Aebischer, St. Jacob, IL; one sister, Marcia (William) Maxedon, Shelbyville, IL; one brother Steven S. (Terry) Aebischer, Highland, IL; four nephews, Ryan (Candice) Anderson, Naperville, IL; Louis Maxedon, Shelbyville, IL; Drew Aebischer, Highland, IL; Reid Aebischer, Highland, IL; and one niece, Lauren Aebischer, Highland, IL; one Great Niece, Margo Anderson, Naperville, IL; several aunts and cousins.
Chris was the owner and operator of the Aebischer Funeral Home in St. Jacob, IL for almost thirty years, and a Funeral Director - Embalmer. He was a member of St. Jacob UCC, St. Jacob, IL where he was a past president, St. Jacob Lions Club, where he was a past president, and Keystone Cemetery Board Member.

Funeral Service: Aebischer Funeral Home, St. Jacob, IL, Monday, August 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Gary Kniepkamp, Pastor, St. Jacob UCC, officiating, with burial in Keystone Cemetery, St. Jacob, IL.
