    Warren G. Liddle, 92, went to heaven on December 11, 2021.  He was born to Roscoe & Elsie (Price) Liddle on June 8, 1929.  He was raised by Clifford and Minnie Price due to the death of his mother when he was an infant.

    Warren married Marjorie Jane Payne on June 11, 1950.  They had 59 years together before her death in 2009.  They had four children:  Stephen Liddle, Janet McNeil (Clyde), David Liddle, and Roseanne Short.

    They were blessed with eight grandchildren:  Michele Clark, Matthew Liddle, Johnathon McNeil, Jana Johnson, Kevin Liddle, Jason Liddle, Jim Liddle, Katrina Liddle-Futrill, Omalee McDonald and Brycen Henderson.

    Their grandchildren blessed them with twenty-four great grandchildren:  Shelby, Zachary, David, Matthew, Erica, Zion, Deanna, Kaitlyn, Haily, Ian, Payton, Xander, Liam, Asher, Benjamin, Owen, David, Eliot, Clint, Ryatt, Susan, Caleb, Eleas, and Janilyn.

    Preceding Warren in death were his wife, Jane, his parents, and siblings; Kenneth Liddle, Leon Liddle, Verla Howe, Charlotte Hawf, Cleo Liddle, Barbara Liddle, and Margie Liddle, daughters-in law; Susan Liddle, Sandra Liddle, and Mary Jane Liddle.

    Warren served his country during the Korean war and returned to begin his career with the New York Central Railroad and retired from CSX in 1990.  He enjoyed fishing and camping and was a Boy Scout Leader for several years.

    Visitation will be on Friday, December 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Central Time at Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home in Allendale, IL.

    Funeral service will be Friday, December 17, at 1:00 p.m. at Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home in Allendale, IL.

    Interment will be in Orio Cemetery, Orio, IL.
