Linda Fehrmann (Nee Weis), 44, of Glen Carbon, IL, died Tuesday, 8:29 p.m., October12, 2010 at M.D. Anderson Hospital, Houston Texas.
She was born August 11, 1966 to Wilbert and Ann (Nee Wilke) Weis. On May 15, 1999 she married Paul Fehrmann. Linda grew up on the Weis family farm. She graduated from Highland High school in 1984. She received her Cosmetology license and practiced for 25 years. Recently she obtained her associates of Fine Arts degree.
Linda was an avid reader, traveled extensively; which included backpacking thru Europe, she enjoyed cycling, hiking and exercise. Particularly found great joy socializing with family and friends. Of course, shopping with Ava and cuddling with Jack were amongst her favorite things.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; and their children, Ava and Jack; Her Parents, Wilbert and Ann Weis; Sisters, Pat (Jeff) Huber, Carolyn (Virgil) Rehkemper, Mary (Dale) Kampwerth; Nieces and Nephews, Kim, Kraig and Brendan Rehkemper, Brock Huber, Katie and Sarah Kampwerth.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Bob Weis.
Memorials may be made to Jack and Ava’s educational fund.
Visitation: Saturday, October 23, 2010, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.
Service: A private family service is being scheduled.
Interment: At a later date.
