Miranda Kay Fritchley, age 24 of Albion, IL passed from this life to the next, unexpectantly on December 24, 2020 at her residence.
She was born on January 17, 1996 in Olney, IL to David and Shannon (McCarty) Fritchley.
When things were going well, Miranda was a loveable, friendly person. She unfortunately lost her battle to addiction and depression on Christmas Eve. Her family has chosen to acknowledge this deep pain in hopes that it will help even one person. Twenty-four years isn’t nearly long enough to live, love and enjoy what life has to offer.
Miranda was preceded in death by her grandparents: Karen and Larry Clark, Leroy McCarty and Jerry “Buck” Fritchley.
She leaves memories for her daughter, Kaylee Fritchley, mother, Shannon Mann, father, David Fritchley, sister, Madalyn Gibbs, brother, Matthew Gibbs and grandparents, Kay and Charlie Carlson. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
      Private services have been held.
Memorials are encouraged for the care of Kaylee Fritchley, in the care of Kay Carlson and may be mailed to Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home 241 West Main, Albion, IL 62806.

Miranda was a childhood friend. The best of them. I can remember going over to her house with Ethan and Avery and kicking it everyday. Trips on the school bus in high school. And hanging out with her when I was in college and after. For those who know, they know. She was one of the best lady friends I’ve had to this day. Love ya Pookie.
