James W. Holt, 57, of Cahokia, IL, died Monday, November 2, 2020, at his residence.
Jim was born March 29, 1963 to Thomas and Joyce (nee White) Holt, in Belleville, IL.
Jim was a waiter for many years, as well as, a handyman. He was truly a “Jack of all trades”. He enjoyed woodworking, drawing and creating art. He liked to be outside, enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his dog Thor. Jim was known to be a practical joker, with quite a sense of humor. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Joyce Holt; sisters, Lisa Cone of Danville, CA and Mona Holt of Holiday Shores, IL; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jim was preceded in death by his grandparents; and girlfriend of 17 years, Tammy Naler.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
