    TRILBA JEAN RAFFERTY, 92, of Cisne, Illinois, formerly of Albion, Illinois, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at Cisne Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

    Jean was born September 13, 1927 at Cisne, Illinois to Ralph and Corrine (Roush) Bowles. She married Clyde Rafferty, Jr. July 29, 1978 at Houston, Texas and he preceded her in death March 20, 2003.

    Jean was a beautician. She loved yard work, travelling, and golfing. She loved her family and friends and was a beloved grandma. Jean was a member of First Christian Church in Abilene, Texas.

    Jean is survived by her daughter Patti (David) Williams of Albion, Illinois and her son Kent Ulm of Centerville, TX, three step children Janet Hulsey, Spring, Texas, Randy Rafferty of College Station, Texas and Clark Rafferty of Magnolia, Texas; three brothers Dennis Bowles of Cisne, Illinois, Donnie Bowles of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Tony Bowles of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; one sister-in-law Faye Bowles of Cisne, Illinois Seven grandchildren Tiffany (Daniel) Hernandez of Lubbock, Texas, Trent Ulm of Ft. Worth, Texas, Toby (MT) Ulm of Washington DC, Murray (Justine) Ulm of Centerville, Texas, Sheri (Joe Simpson) Thomason of Fairfield, IL, Jeanne (Doug) Novak of Ashley, IL, and Wendy (Jason) Evans of Richview, IL ; nine great grandchildren Shannon Clark, Kristy (Dustin) Eisenhauer, Whitney Thomason, Ryan Thomason, Tannyr Novak, Quayd Novak, Gavyn Novak, Rhys Biagi Evans and Taylor Evans, and two great-great grandchildren Collins Ulm and Drake Eisenhauer also survive.

    Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Clyde, Jr., one brother Orin, and one great grandson Keith Clark.

    Graveside service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Cisne Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Everyone attending is asked to go directly to the cemetery.

    Memorials in memory of Jean may be given to Cisne Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and will be accepted at the funeral home.
