    NATHANIEL ALLEN ANDERSON, 40, of Albion, Illinois passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 near Albion.

    Nathaniel was born December 5, 1977 at Vallejo, California to Leonard D. and Janet K. (Vandecar) Anderson. He was a Union Carpenter for Local 636. Nathaniel was a member of Brush Creek Community Church of Christ at Zenith, Illinois and very devoted to his family.

    Nathaniel is survived by his parents Leonard “Andy” & Janet Anderson of Mt. Erie, Illinois; significant other Monica Michl of Albion; step-daughter Jessica Reed of Evansville, Indiana; a son Jayden Wyatt and a step-son Trenton Michl both of Albion, Illinois; four sisters Carla (Cleon) Hanks and Frankie (Rick) Taylor both of Mt. Erie, Illinois, Carolyn (Brandon) Moore of Castle Rock, Colorado and Shelly (Gary) Best of Cisne, Illinois. Also surviving are two step-grandchildren.

    Nathaniel was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Ryan.

    Funeral service for Nathaniel Anderson will be 2:00pm Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon to 2:00pm on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery.

    Memorials may be given to the family to help with funeral expenses and will be accepted at Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home.
