Irene A.M. Krump, nee Quitmeyer, 91, of Chula Vista, California, formerly of Lebanon, IL died May 31, 2007 at Frederica Manor Care Center, Chula Vista, California. She was born in Trenton, IL, January 5, 1916 to William Henry and Tillie (Bayer) Quitmeyer. She married Raymond M. Krump November 16, 1925 in O'Fallon, IL.
She is survived by one son Donald L. (Sharon) Krump, Gig Harbor, WA; one daughter, Judith Ann (James) Greenlee, Chula Vista, California, three grandchildren, Michael Greenlee, Napa, California, Jeffrey (Rahel) Greenlee, Madison, WI, Jennifer Krump, San Francisco, CA, two great grandchildren, Noah and Ari Greenlee; one sister, Clara Stark, Lebanon, IL; one sister-in-law, Leolla Titter, O'Fallon, IL; nieces, Nephews, godchildren and many close friends.
Mrs. Krump was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Pearl Schaperkoetter; two sisters-in-law, Cleola Krump; Alberteen Krump; five brothers-in-law; Ellsworth, and Robert Krump; William Schaperkoetter; Leroy Stark, and Wm. Titter; a nephew, Dale Schaperkoetter.
She was a homemaker and belonged to St. Paul UCC, Lebanon, Ladies Guild; Star Point O.E.S. O'Fallon; and Lebanon Senior Citizens.
Visitation: Monday, June 4, 2007 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm @ Meyer Funeral Home and Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 am at the Church.
Funeral: Tuesday, June 5, 2007 @ 11:00 AM @ St. Paul UCC, Lebanon, IL with the Rev. Dr. Don Wagner, Pastor, officiating.
Interment: College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, IL
Memorials to: St. Paul UCC or First United Methodist Church or Lebanon Fire Department.
