Kevin D. Frankenbery

Kevin Dean Frankenbery, 66, of Albion, IL passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Kevin was born in Neodesha, KS on September 23, 1958. He spent the majority of his life in Wheeler, TX before moving to Illinois to be closer to his family. He married the love of his life, Kathy (Bell) on February 14, 1992. Kevin enjoyed fishing, traveling, and being a grandpa.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy; three daughters – Brandy (Brad) Weber, Libby (Rob) Lingafelter, and Melissa (Charlie) Russell; eight grandchildren – Gabby Weber and Gage (Emily) Weber, Dakota (Mariah) Russell, Dakota (Baylee) Russell, Madison (Alex) Russell, Trent Martin, Hayden Lingafelter and Mason Lingafelter; and ten great grandchildren.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Valetta Frankenbery; brothers Kenny, Mark and Craig Frankenbery; and grandson Jarett Martin.

Per Kevin’s request, he has chosen to be cremated. A small intimate family memorial service will be held at a later date.
