He was a lifetime member of the West Village Church, where he served as a deacon, and served as a trustee on the West Village Church Cemetery board for many years.
Don is survived by his wife Norma, a son Randy (Sandy) Longbons, two daughters Donna (Bob) Creed and Lesa (Mike) Dean; seven grandchildren Tanea St. Ledger, Sherry Mewes, Michelle Smith, Austin Longbons, Tyler Longbons, Tanner Creed and Shaneeka Creed; sixteen great grandchildren Clay, Oakleigh, Finley, Dean, Grant, Emma, Levi, Alena, Elyse, Alexis, Evany, Bennett, Harper, Raelynn, Cooper and Emery; special caretaker and niece Joyce Garner.
