        Larry Barnfield, 81, of Cisne, IL passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the Linda White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.

        Larry was born December 25, 1942, at Fairfield, IL to John and Bernita (Wilson) Barnfield.

        Larry retired from Food Park in Fairfield as a Baker; he also had been a Barber. In his free time, he enjoyed being outdoors, mowing, gardening, bird watching, going on walks, riding his bicycle and detailing cars for people in the community, he was always busy doing something. He was a Dodgers baseball fan. Larry attended and was a member of the Cisne United Methodist Chruch.

        Larry is survived by a daughter Teresa Clifton of Cisne (significant other, Walter Sons) granddaughter Ashley Nichole (Michael) Kell of Fairfield, IL and three great grandchildren Braelynn Hall, Bentley Kell, Bristol Kell and one on the way.

        Preceding him in death were his parents, and a son-in-law Claude Clifton.

        Teresa and Family,

        I have known Larry since I opened North Wayne Insurance in Cisne. He was one of the first that came in the door. He was a cheerful man, he detailed out vehicles from time to time and was always pleasant to talk with.

        We are sorry for your loss.
