    Paula’s earthly body is to be buried during a family graveside service at the Summerfield Cemetery located in Summerfield, Illinois,

    on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 2:00 pm,

    BUT her Spirit Lives Forever.

    Paula went to be with the Lord on December 11, 2015 at the Franciscan St. Francis Hospital located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She was born December 27, 1943 in San Diego, California.

    Paula lived most of her life in the State of Missouri including Harden, Kansas City, Independence, Rural Lone Jack, and Rural St. Clair County. Since 2005 she has lived in Arlington, Indiana and Shelbyville, Indiana.

    Paula was blessed with many interests and talents. She was a creative artist and enjoyed drawing, designing houses, and gardening.  She loved her family dearly and, above all, Paula Loved the Lord and was a faithful servant for Him.

    Paula was preceded in death by her mother, Lena Virginia (nee Farris) DeMint Oxley; daughter, Karen Joy Soldanels; son, James Anthony Soldanels; brothers, Kenneth DeMint and Loren Price DeMint.

    Surviving Paula is her husband of 55 years, Ted P. Soldanels; daughters, Kimberly Ann( Lyle) Gerster, Christine Elaine (David) Fitzwater, Patricia Lenae (Terry) Sanchez, and Kalyne Danielle Soldanels; son, Ted Gene Soldanels; brothers, Wayne (Wanda) DeMint, Jerry Oxley, and Thomas (Catherine) Oxley.    She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of long-time friends.
