Kimberly Sue “Kim” Axman, (nee Severit), 57, formerly of Lebanon, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at her residence in Irving, TX.
Kim was born March 19, 1959 to Norman Francis Severit Sr. and Genevieve Nelba (nee Kunz) Severit. On May 15,1980 she married Lawrence Eugene Axman.
Kim was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, who put everyone else’s needs ahead of her own, especially when it came to her three loving grandchildren, Devin, Brianna, and Tyler. Kim loved animals and dedicated much of her time volunteering trying to help and save animals all over the world.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman Severit Sr. and Genevieve Severit; a sister, Deborah Winifred Thompson and her dog Lucky, who was her best friend.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Lawrence Eugene “Ax” Axman, Irving, TX; children, Katrina Marie Axman of Grapevine, TX, Justin Lee Axman and Brandi Axman of Irving, TX; grandchildren. Devin, Brianna, and Tyler; brothers and sisters, Carolyn Jean (Gary) Hutchings, Belleville, IL, Norman Francis (Donna) Severit Jr., Marine, IL, Dwight George Severit, Belleville, IL David Lee (Joan) Severit, Lakeland, FL, Thomas Paul (Myra) Severit, Glen Carbon, IL and Gary Richard Severit, St. Louis, MO; Aunt Virginia Arbogast, (nee Kunz), Lebanon, IL and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
