Donna Pearl Powell, 63, of Albion, IL, passed from this life to the next on Friday, June 28, 2019 at her residence.
She was born March 6, 1956 in Fairfield, IL to Wanda (Slade) and Donald Walker. She married Robert “Bob” Powell on April 13, 1979 in Carmi, IL and he preceded her in death on May 29, 2017.
She was member of the First Baptist Church of Albion. Her church and grandchildren were her life!
She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Crisp of Fairfield, IL; one son, Brian Powell of Albion; her mother, Wanda Stallings; two sisters: Nancy Robinson of Mt. Carmel, IL and Lisa (Ray) Hartley of Bridgeport, IL; one brother, Michael (Debbie) Walker of Markleville, IN; and four grandchildren: Dallas, Leo Miciah, Robbie, and Gavin.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, her husband Bob, granddaughter Kristina, and sister Iva Branham.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2019 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home in Albion. The funeral service will be held at 11 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Graceland Cemetery in Albion.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Albion.
